Frequently asked questions

• How many guests can come aboard?
  Up to 12 guests can come aboard, excluding the crew. Every charter is private: only your own group will be on board.
• Can I bring a wheelchair or walking frame aboard?
  All guests need to be reasonably mobile to board the yacht. Unfortunately, wheelchairs and walking frames cannot be taken aboard. A walking frame can be left on the jetty, where we can secure it with a lock. If you rely on a walking frame, boarding may be difficult: you need to climb a vertical ladder with three steps.
• Can children come along?
  Children are welcome, but for safety reasons all children must be at least 12 years old.
• What if the weather is bad?
  You can reschedule your charter up to 4 days in advance for a fee. If you booked the Plus package, you can reschedule up to 48 hours in advance.
  
  If the weather makes sailing unsafe, the captain may decide to cancel the charter, even at the last moment.
• Can we add another guest after booking?
  You can add guests up to one day before your charter, as long as the total does not exceed 12. For catering arrangements, we need to know at least 24 hours before departure.
• Can you cater for special dietary requirements?
  Please mention allergies and dietary requirements in the comments field when booking. We will take these into account.
• Can I order extras on the day?
  Soft drinks, beer, wine and the Waterfun 2.0 package can also be ordered on the day.
• Is fishing from the yacht allowed?
  Unfortunately, fishing from the yacht is not permitted.
• What does the Waterfun package include?
  Our Waterfun package takes your enjoyment to the next level.
