Rescheduling:
You can reschedule your charter up to 4 days (96 hours) before departure. Each date change costs €150.
Cancel
You can cancel up to 4 days (96 hours) before the originally scheduled date and receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid.
If you cancel within 4 days, no refund is made.
If you selected Cancellation Plus when booking, rescheduling and cancellation fees are lower and the terms are more flexible.
Rescheduling:
You can reschedule up to 48 hours before your charter. Each date change costs €75.
Cancel
You can cancel up to 14 days before the scheduled date and receive a full refund, minus the cost of Cancellation Plus.
If you cancel between 14 days and 48 hours before departure, you receive 50% of the amount paid, minus the cost of Cancellation Plus.
Discount codes do not apply to the Plus terms. You always pay the full cost of the Plus terms and the full date-change fee.
To change your charter date, check the available days on our website and let us know your preferred new date.
IMPORTANT: The new date must be before 1 November of the same year. After this date, the booking expires and no refund is made.
In cases of force majeure, or if the captain considers the weather unsafe for sailing, the captain may cancel the charter shortly before departure. You may choose another available date or cancel within 7 days for a full refund.
Different rules may apply if you booked through a booking platform. The terms of that platform take precedence.
